What
would you do if you lost all of your files on your computer. Your
documents, letters, emails, tax records, photos, music? Do you have
a current backup of these files?
There
are many ways to backup your computer's files. You can copy them
to disks, cd-roms, dvd's, a flash drive, or another computer. I
feel the most convenient way (if you have hi-speed or broadband
internet) is to use an online backup service. There are several
free and commercial services available. For home use I recommend
Mozy. You can get the free version with 2GB (2 gigabytes or about
4 cd-roms) of free storage.

If
you have a lot of pictures or music that you want to back-up then
Mozy also has an unlimited account for $4.95 per month. You can
schedule the backup software to run whenever is convenient for you
and all of your data is encrypted for safety.

If
you have your own business then I recommend a company called Itronis.
Their eSureIT software allows you to backup your data with multiple
revisions to secure off-site locations. Click on the link below
