Mike of FriendlyPC Service has been an absolute lifesaver
for my family and myself over the last several years. As a biomedical
researcher coordinator, frequently having to call on technical support staff
for help with problems, I can truly appreciate someone like Mike who has
expert technical know-how AND a consistently great attitude. All too often,
computer techies to talk to you in an obscure language, with an arrogant
attitude, and then leave your computer worse off than it started. Mike is the
complete opposite. He obviously knows what he is doing and has helped us with
a wide assortment of computer problems, cleaned up our computers and got them
working faster, installed virus protection, and has helped us through Vista
problems. Our home computer contains all of our financial accounting
information for a side business. When it crashed and became unusable, Mike
quickly fixed it. He has been enormously helpful with the laptop my daughter
uses for college, starting with purchase suggestions, set-up, resolving
Internet access issues, etc. Twice, right before her final photography
projects were due, the laptop and printer developed problems we couldn’t fix.
Mike was there the same day, had them fixed right away (once ran out and
bought a new printer for her), and she was able to turn in her projects in
time. In summary, Mike of Friendly PC Service has always provided us with
fast, reliable, expert service, at an affordable price, and he really is very
friendly!!

Excellent Service

I run my own company out of my home and there are times
when my computer or printer will not cooperate, I have a problem I just don't
understand or a repair I need taken care of quickly. I would recommend
FriendlyPCservice.com to everyone. Same day service for all of my emergencies
or the visit is worked in around my schedule. I know when I have a problem I
can call and it will be fixed.

Friendly PCservice lives up to the name. The service
provider is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and will work until he
resolves your issue. I have contacted him for help with difficult problems, as
well as ones which were caused by my own lack of information. He is honest,
trustworthy, and dependable.

Great Service at a great price

I used Friendly PC Service about a month ago. I had a
hard drive issue that I could not correct myself. I called them up and they
met me at work and picked up the computer. I did not have to take time out of
my day to get it fixed. Every step through the troubleshooting process, Mike
called me and updated me and gave me options. Considering what work was done
with my computer, the price eventually charged, was well worth it. I would
definitley recommend Friedly PC Service to all my firends. The next time I
have another computer issue, I will have them on my speed dial.

Great Customer Service

I truly appreciate the responsiveness of Friendly PC
Service. If I have an issue with my computer I can call FPCS and get a quick
response on what to do. If my machine requires service it is always done in a
very timely manner, which is key for me because being without a computer is
not an option. It is very refreshing to work with people who have good
technical skill sets but who are also friendly and understand their client's

We have been using Mike for a couple of years now in our
small office. He is always responds within a timely manner and is extremely
professional and respectful of our business constraints of time. In fact all 4
of us in the office have used him for our home issues as well. Mike keeps our
website updated, reviews and fixes various computer issues from software to
hardware, keeps us updated regarding the lastest anti-virus, spyware and back
up software etc. and researches topics for us in regards to potential new
systems or hardware we may need and what will best fit our office. Overall
Mike is great to work with and any one of us would recommend him to family and
friends.
